Marigolds

Matricarica

'Santana' Series Feverfew Annual. This member of the Daisy family is great for bedding. It has beautiful crested flowers available in yellow or white. You can use the leaves in tea.  Height 8-10".

'White' 'Ice Plant' Creeping or prostrate succulent from South Africa. The leaves of this genus have a crystaline appearance. The flowers are small.

Monarda                              

Beebalm, Bergamot Perennial. This genus is also native to North America. It can tolerate drought conditions. It has jagged, lance shaped leaves with spikes of whorled flowers appearing in mid summer. A Hummingbird favorite. Full sun to part sun. Zones 5-10
citriodora  This is a great choice when you need to fill in a space in your mid-border.  It's fast, but not invasive. The tall, aromatic flowers are either pink or white.  Height 24".

Muehlenbeckia

complexa Maidenhair Vine Vigorous vine species from New Zealand, good for topiary or training on fences, will grow to 15 feet if supported, has insignificant flowers followed by white berries. Zones 8-10
